Vegetable oils of JSC “KAZAN FAT PLANT” received the highest rating from Roskachestvo

Sunflower oils of the brands “Mr. Ricco”, “Laska” and “Miladora”, produced by the Kazan Fat Plant, meet the increased standard of the Russian quality system. This is stated in the study that Roskachestvo conducted on refined deodorized sunflower oils produced in our country.

The study included products of 21 brands. Experts assessed their quality, safety, fatty acid composition of the fat phase, physicochemical indicators, reliability of labeling and organoleptic properties. In all respects, KZhK products received the highest rating of 5.

It should be noted that oil samples were assessed according to 44 indicators. Along with GOST requirements, these included advanced Roskachestvo standards. We are talking about such indicators as the content of glycidyl esters, anisidine, acid, peroxide numbers, and others.

According to Roskachestvo, sunflower oil is included in the diet of more than 90% of Russians, and most often consumers choose refined and deodorized oil. At the same time, vegetable oil remains one of the highest quality products on the Russian market.
