Tariffs for Russian wheat exports are increased to 1,246 Russian roubles per metric ton

The duty on wheat exports from Russia for the period from October 2 to 8 will rise to 1,246 rubles per ton, corn – to 2,786.2 rubles and barley – for the first time since May it will be non-zero, 190.8 rubles per ton, according to the Ministry of Agriculture.

The benchmark prices were 213.4 US dollars per ton of wheat, barley – 185 US dollars, corn – 225 US dollars per ton.

The base prices for calculating export duties on grain in Russia were raised by 1 thousand British pounds from July 1, for wheat and meslin to 18 thousand British pounds, for barley and corn to 16.875 British pounds.

The Ministry of Agriculture had previously announced new rates for sunflower oil and sunflower meal for October this year. The export duty on sunflower meal was RUB 2,927.6 in October. The export duty rate for sunflower oil also remained at zero in October.
