The corn market continues its rapid growth. During the week, prices in Ukrainian ports rose by an average of 8-10 dollars. This is reported by analysts of Spike Brokers.
Increase in supply of grain crop has hampered this growth, as high demand both in the domestic market and from external buyers creates price pressure.
In Odessa ports corn was traded at 229-232 $/t DAP, and on the western border – 214-216 €/t FCA. Corn of new crop also began to trade more actively. Its price in the port is 204-206 $/t DAP.
