GACC stands for the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China. It is the national customs authority responsible for regulating and facilitating international trade in China. The GACC is a ministerial-level agency under the State Council of China and is responsible for enforcing customs laws and regulations, collecting duties and taxes, and facilitating the movement of goods and people across China’s borders.
