As of March 10, Ukraine has exported 30 million 169 thousand tons of grain and leguminous crops during the 2024/25 marketing year, representing a decrease of 1 million 718 thousand tons, or 5.7%, compared to the previous year, as stated on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Wheat exports reached 12 million 319 thousand tons, recording a drop of 442 thousand tons, or 3.5%, from the previous year. Additionally, Ukrainian farmers exported 2 million 136 thousand tons of barley and 10.8 thousand tons of rye. The export of corn totaled 15 million 269 thousand tons, which is a reduction of 1 million 790 thousand tons, or 11.7%, compared to last year.
Furthermore, 49.6 thousand tons of flour (equivalent to 66.1 thousand tons of grain) were exported, marking a decline of 26.1 thousand tons or 1.52 times less than in the previous year.
