In October this year, the export duty on sunflower meal in Russia will be increased – from 2,881 rubles/ton in September to almost 2,928 rubles/ton. At the same time, the export duty on sunflower oil will not change for the seventeenth month in a row and will remain at the level of zero, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation announced.
According to the Ministry, the duty rate for sunflower meal in September will be set taking into account the target price of 217.4 US dollars per ton (in August – 222.3 US dollars per ton).
The duty on sunflower oil exports will be calculated on the basis of a target price of 862.2 US dollars per ton (in September: 823.6 US dollars per ton).
