ICE (Intercontinental Exchange) is a leading global network of exchanges, clearing houses and providers of data and listing services. The company operates several regulated exchanges, including the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), and provides a range of financial market infrastructure services. ICE was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The company has grown through a series of strategic acquisitions, including the purchase of the NYSE in 2013. ICE is a major player in the global financial markets and its exchanges and services are used by a broad range of market participants, including institutional investors, broker-dealers and individual investors.
