DDP

In the case of a delivery on a DDP basis, the seller must deliver the goods to a destination in the importing country at his own expense and risk and must complete all formalities and bear all costs and import duties. DDP therefore means “delivered duty paid” and is equivalent to DAP plus customs and tax clearance.
